8.8" Has no Driver.

I cannot get the screen to work, I have no SD card, I plug into either the back of my motherboard or the internal USB header. The PC is showing the 8.8" screen as "other device" Turzx software 3.06 does not recognize it. Im on windows 24H2, running Win 11.

I cannot figure it out....
