3.5 screen don't work

Hi my new 3.5 inch Turing Smart Screen don't work.

The software made by the manufacturer cannot detect the screen

Same thing for the Windows device manager, the screen is flagged to "unknown device".
I've deactivated the "Windows Signed Driver Check" to try to install the drivers provided with the software but the driver is unable to communicate with the screen and the software continue to report to me that it cannot detect the screen.

Tomcat01 It looks like an
usb port problem. Have you tried to change the usb port or data cable?How long have you had it？

emperg I tried different USB cable and USB port on 2 computer.
The Screen is brand new, i received it two week ago !

I am having the same issue as Soda_Soda please help as i'm new to this i'm on windows 11 and the driver say's incompatable with the one downloaded and when i try to start the usb monitor .exe pick the background click run it say's " Device Not Connected"

i also have the issue, the 3.5 inch screen doesnt not turn on. I also do have a 5inch aswell that works fine but i have unplugged that from my computer while trying to see if this 3.5 inch works for my simhub. is there a driver conflict if i have both screens on the same pc but with only 1 screen plugged in

Same here, when i run the theme, it always emits the on/off sound of the usb port. if i stop it, that sound wont come out anymore. I think that's software issue

I use Windows 11. Unfortunately, the device manager does not see the display. What driver is needed for it to be recognized by Windows 11??

J'ai le même souci, j'ai abandonné l'écran est reconnu 1 fois sur 100, ça devient lassant de perdre autant de temps à vouloir le faire fonctionner, c'est dommage, quand il fonctionne, c'est pas mal 🙁

Simple answer would be no tried several drives but the program still come up with No Device Connected.

I know this might sound weird,. But can you make sure the USB-C is FULLY in? Because when i got it today, I plugged it in, It didn't connect, I kept unplugging and plugging it in, It didn't work, I thought it was broken, But then I pushed a little bit more on the USB-C side, And it connected lol, Maybe try that.
