5inch Turing Smart Screen - not work, no device connected, black screen

Hello.
I get today my package with 5inch Turing Smart Screen (USB-C version).
I downloaded the latest version of the TURZX app from the website. I connected the screen and unfortunately it does not work.
The screen after connecting did not react in any way, it did not light up at all or white (as in YT videos), Windows 10 detected an "unknown device" and could not download drivers to it, and drivers from the folder for Windows 7 do not work.
I can't update the rom because the device won't connect
I tried several other USB cables and connecting to other USB ports on the computer - no effect.
Should the screen with no drivers on the system light up or did I get a dead one?

you might get a sour lemon. When I got mine, 1st time plug it in, the screen should show the "TURZX" logo. It should be an Android device (at least, it shows as an Android device in my Win 11 OS). And there is 1x USB Composite Device and 1x COM port used by it.
BTW, the only thing I can think of is make sure that you connect the panel to the USB port that direct come with your mobo or desktop front panel. Do not connect to any USB hub or something else. Good luck.
