5 inch dynamic Wrong File Format

These are my settings in Format Factory which I got from the tutorial video in the download file. They do not work. The soft keeps telling me its the wrong format. I even used a video file from the 5 inch folder and it said "wrong file format". I am using: image→select image→mp4 or AVC (H264) of my choosing. What am I doing wrong? I chose a b background image and make it first in the order. Then how do I make a video the dynamic UI that is supposed to replace the background image? Please any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Driftking808 As I already wrote elsewhere, try to record the video separately in the device memory or memory card in the device in the Device item and then on the main page select the scheme and click on Set Backgound and select the video manually. It happens to me too and this is how I solved it.
