I bought a turing smart screen on Aliexpress. I downloaded the associated program. But when I click "run" it says "device not connected". I connected the monitor to the base. But I tried via type C to the regular USB port, but the situation is the same there as well. I am attaching a picture of the monitor to show what it shows.
This is not turing smart screen， There are only three display methods after power-on 1.White screen
2.Black screen 3.Show subtitles, please run the software

My experience. It does not go through the hub for a long time. It disconnects after a few minutes. It does not work with a cable longer than 2 meters. Does not work in USB 3.1 gen. Does not work via USB C o C. Only C to A...
