Settings - City - Will not find any city anymore "账号违规"

Hello,
Using the 8.8 INCH software 2023/11/1 V2.4, Settings, Input City - this no longer works.
I can enter any city, say London, and click Search, nothing is shown in the 'Select City' dropdown anymore.
This used to work fine, but now it does not work.
My display defaults to some location shown in Chinese, 账号违规, however translates to "Account Violation-9-9Level -100°"

What is this Account Violation??
Something on Turing server end I assume?
Anyone else having this issue?

Having the same issue on my 3.5.
I search for the city, or for the "City, Country" and nothing shows up in the dropdown list.

I reached out to the company on Aliexpress who I purchased the screen from, and they contacted Turing staff, and it was an issue with the Turing server, and the issue has been fixed.

Hello!

I don't have code.ini.
I created it, but nothing has changed.
I got tones of messages like this:
TLSv1 174 Client Hello (SNI=api.qweather.com)
TLSv1 61 Alert (Level: Fatal, Description: Protocol Version)

Please help, how should I change the city from HongKong and have will this messages will disappear?
