Hello, I bought a TURZX product, model 8.8 Inch, I have it connected via USB, after connecting it, an image is displayed and then there is a problem with the connection. Could you help me to make it work properly? I have all drivers up to date, Windows 11, everything up to date

I have installed 8.8 inch application, English version, English version, 2024/04/15
