Hello TURZX team,
I need help with firmware recovery for my 5-inch SmartMonitor (800x480, USB-C).
What happened:
- I selected a firmware file and started update.
- After update, the screen went black.
- After reconnect, the display now shows faint “WDT Error” (3 lines).
- Windows still detects the device as USB serial: VID_1A86 PID_5722 (COM port visible).
I likely used an incompatible firmware package.
Please provide:
1) the correct ROM/firmware for my exact board revision,
2) exact recovery steps (including Boot Mode method, if required),
3) which file name/format is expected for recovery (for example update.app or other).
