I have been trying to get your 2.1" English version of the app to work with Windows 11 and it seems to have a bug. When the app is running it causes all my USB devices to disconnect. The screen is connected via 9-pin USB to a NZXT Internal USB Hub that has SATA power and the screen itself when connected does not cause an issue.
As soon as I run the software it causes my mouse, keyboard, and USB sound card all disconnect and need to be replugged in. Once reconnected it will work for a few minutes then disconnect again. If I leave the software running it continues to do this indefinitely. If I close the software the issue goes away completely.
The only thing I can think of is that your software is trying to reach too deeply into the USB system, but I am not sure. I have seen numerous people using Windows 10 without an issue. I get the feeling that you do not check this forum but thought I would give it a try.
