5 inch screen - image vibrating or double image

Dear all,
Please help, just installed the screen on a win 11 PC and the image is double and vibrating.

Both just the TURZX home image and when you put a theme. How to fix it?

Hello, our equipment does not contain vibration components. Could you please try changing a data cable and a different USB 3.0 interface

I'm using the supplied internal usb header cable which is USB 2.0. Will then try the external cable and plug to USB 3.0
