5-inch screen shuts down after touching it

I bought a Turing 5 inch screen and since the first day I'm using after I touch the metal frame the screen turns off and reboots.

The screen works fine for everything. The only problem is when I touch it.

The problem is not related to anything about static electricity of the chassi. Because even if I use the plastic holder that comes with the kit, the screen shuts down and reboot if I touch it. I have tried using both USB cables, but got the same result.

Anyone have a clue whats is going on?

It has passed a week and nobody helped me, so I decided to open the screen to see if there was something visible weird inside it.

When I opened and unscrewd the PCB from the alluminium plate I was shocked of what I saw.

Simply there was only a little area behind the PCB that was protected with some type of isolation from the metal plate. All the rest of the PCB was touching and shorting against the frame.

So I just used some tape to isolate all the back of the PCB and that was it. Never had the problem again!

Yeah I solved the problem by isolating the PCB with tape.

hi, I discovered an area on the mainboard, anything I touch causes it to reboot, even if you use insulating tape to isolate it, it still won't solve the problem.

So I raised the mainboard so that this area wouldn't touch anything. As a result, it worked normally without any more problems.
