Crazy 5 inch TURZX

I would need your help. I have a 5 inch TURZX from you, and it doesn't work in the 5 inch TURZX program. Before that, I bought the 3.5 inch version of TURZX on Aliaxpress. Now the 5 inch TURZX works for me only on the 3.5 inch program. When I run the program for the 5 inch version, I just get a black screen. It's kind of crazy.
Could you help me with this somehow? Maybe you have a program or Bios for it?

I found a mistake. I bought the wrong TURZX - from another brand. It looks the same, and there was absolutely nothing in the box regarding the brand. It works for me with other software, which I found out later. It can be said that it is not much. The original TURZX is much better.
