8.8 Inch Connection problem, same as another user from 2023 please help

Hello, i bought a TURZX screen during 11.11 sales on aliexpress, i just finished my pc and fully use it

my trx screen is lightening up, showing TURZX in the corner, but unable do to anything on it.

not recogniszed by the software telling me unable to connect and i got an error saying a problem with the device.

I tried all usb port, bot internally and externally the screen work but im unable to do anything

Fixed

i change from usb C to 9pin motherboard it worked

Make sure the driver version for the COM & PLT port
I had the same problem and it was solved by reverting to the older version
