Smart Screen 3.5" IPS Panel Not Detected

So I just bought this screen off of Amazon and I simply cannot get it to work. I've downloaded the software for the size, manually changed the drivers, used the Python variant with Python 3.12 installed, I simply cannot get mine to be detected. I scanned the barcode on the packaging and was sent to a different downloads page but anytime I tried to download a file from that link it wouldn't connect to their server. And no, I'm not disabling my Firewall to download a piece of Chinese Software from a company I don't know.

It is operational but is stuck on a monitor screen I haven't selected and says my system has a 9900K and an RX 7000. No where near what I have. The date is set to "2022-01-01"

Is there ANYTHING I can do to get mine functional or did I get sold a lemon?

This screens will not detect your hardware so you have to manually change your cpu and gpu, this little screen is amazing for the money you paid but you’ll have to do some work to customise it. If you don’t want to use software that comes with the screen then I’d suggest you purchase some high street brand at extra cost.

I figured that. The issue I'm having is that my computer is not detecting my screen. When I use the software from their website I get a pop-up saying "Device Not Detected"

None of my changes are applied to the screen either. I manually change CPU and GPU names and it still says 9900K and RX 7000. Its on some sort of monitoring page but there's no monitoring happening and nothing changes.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! After the correct website came back online I downloaded the CORRECT software for my screen and it installed a virus/malware on my system. Buy from namebrand companies not Chinese scammers
