Animated themes on 3.5 & speed

the com port uses 9600 bauds. Serial Com may have higher speed 19600 ..
does the limit comes from the Drivers or the Device ?

Could you please make another step-by-step video showing how to do it? That would really help.

to make the themes work, you need python
convert the theme witht the app given

but the anims are hand made, so they just can be used as it.
