Turing Smart Screen 5 inch SD Card problem

Hello, when i first got my 5 inch screen, i clicked the "refresh storage" button, and the device seemed to have created an SDCARD folder or something on the internal storage, because now it says card total 0.00mb. This was before i inserted a SD card. When i format a sd card with the provided software, it doesn't show up. Can i reset the screen to factory settings? How do i get my SD card to show, instead of the 0.00MB one? Im using a 16GB sd card
