For the 5/5.2 inch it says “Automatically start playing videos or photos in SD card/internal storage, and support up to 1080P video files.
(Support plug-in free computer, just power on)”
I have a SD Card inserted, it has .mp4 and files imported through the software. When I plug the screen into a powerbank, I get a blank screen after the startup screen, and no automatic multimedia playback. It is the same with pictures. Can anyone explain what I should be doing?
