Device: TURZX 8.8"
I am experiencing a critical issue with the Storage and Upload function on my TURZX 8.8" screen.
Current behavior in the Device / Storage section:
When I click Refresh Storage, it always shows:
Card total: 0.00 MB
Card used: 0.00 MB
Card valid: 0.00 MB
Internal Storage does not appear at all.
In the Target Path selection, I can only see:
SD Card / Video
SD Card / Image
There is no option to select Internal Storage.
When I click Update Room, nothing happens (no response, no error message).
When I try to upload any file (image or video), it always fails with:
Message: UploadFile Error
(No detailed error code or description is provided.)
Important additional information about the SD Card:
I formatted the SD Card exactly according to your official instructions:
Using the recommended formatting tool from your guide
File system: FAT32
After formatting, I inserted the SD Card into the screen correctly before powering it on.
Despite this, the software still reports:
Card total: 0.00 MB
Card used: 0.00 MB
Card valid: 0.00 MB
So this is not an SD Card format issue.
What works correctly:
I can update background images
I can edit and apply themes
I can change boot logo using image files
What does not work:
Internal Storage is never detected
SD Card always shows 0.00 MB
Update Room does nothing
All uploads fail with "UploadFile Error"
Troubleshooting already tried:
Reinstall the software
Run software as Administrator
Reconnect USB cable and change USB ports
Restart Windows
Reformat SD Card to FAT32 following official guide
The problem still persists.
I suspect:
A firmware issue on the device that does not expose Internal Storage correctly
Or a bug in the current software version related to storage detection and file upload
Please advise:
Is there a firmware update for TURZX 8.8" to fix storage detection?
Is there a newer software version that fixes the "UploadFile Error" issue?
