If this is the Redragon CCW‑3015R, then you are using the wrong TURZX software. This model has a 2.73-inch, 320×320 display—not a 480×480 one. Redragon provides dedicated software specifically for this model: Official CCW‑3015R page.

What to do:
- Completely close the standard TURZX software, including its system-tray icon.
- Restart your PC.
- Install the dedicated Redragon software.
- First, test it with a regular 320×320 PNG image, without video.
The error 不支持所指定的方法。 means “The specified method is not supported.” Since it occurs in PlayBackgroundVideo and GetAvFramePic, it is more likely related to video functionality or an incompatible software version than to the USB driver itself. GetAllDevice.count = 1 confirms that the software can detect the display.
Regarding alternatives:
turing-smart-screen-python supports standard 2.8-inch TURZX displays, but several USB revisions use incompatible protocols. For example, the 1CBE:0028 variant is supported, while 1A86:CA21 still requires a separate protocol implementation. Therefore, compatibility with the Redragon 320×320 display has not been confirmed.
