Mini-screen 2.1 connection error

My Turzx 2.1 mini-screen keeps showing a connection error in the Turzx software and won't move past the default image; I need help.

Hello, please open the Device Manager - Ports (com and lpt) area. Is there a USB serial device? If so, please double-click them and select Details - Device Instance. Take a screenshot of the corresponding interface information and provide it. If there is no USB serial device, it may be because your cable is not connected properly

The driver shows up, but I still get a connection error. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the driver several times, but it still won't connect.

You need to physically reconnect the device — that worked for me!

I’ve disconnected and reconnected it several times, but to no avail. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, but nothing has worked.

Where is it connected on the motherboard? Try a different port.

I've already tested it on all the ports my motherboard has. It uses a 9-pin USB connection, my motherboard has 3 ports, I tested them all and nothing.
