I've bought the screen one month ago but it wasn't working. I've tried multiple times until I realize what's going on. After I've read multiple posts about it, I've found a way to fix the "no device found" issue on my computer.
1) First, check the cable. I know this is a dumb thing to say, but the cable needs to be fully connected to the screen port. Mine was just partially connected and after some tries, it was fully connected (as a reference, you need to pull cable until the metal part fully disappear inside the screen).
2) The driver doesn't work on win 11 so I've just downloaded Zadig software (https://zadig.akeo.ie/) and changed the previous driver to USB Serial CDC (during this operation, my 3.5 screen was blank - white color).
3) Do not forget to run Usbmonitor.exe as an administrator!!!
