i bought the 8.8 inch with 9950x and nothing work!!!!!!!the monitor is useless and they not even update it

Sorry, I mistook it for the 2.1 thread. I don't understand the 5-inch link. Also, there is a critical issue with V2.3.After starting the V2.3 application and then restarting Windows, the BIOS doesn't start. After waiting for about 10 minutes, it does start, but only one of the two installed memory sticks is recognized. This can be fixed by physically turning off the power to the PC. There is no problem when shutting down.

The issue with Windows failing to reboot was resolved by disabling Secure Boot in the BIOS settings.

sk7z After making this post, I restarted Windows, and the problem of the BIOS not booting resurfaced. It seems that disabling the Secure Boot option doesn't resolve the issue...

sk7z Hello. I'm also experiencing issues when restarting with a 7800x3d, I usually need to shutdown and power on because restart just get stuck, have you find out the cause or a workaround?

I tried various methods such as OS(windows11) initialization, BIOS setting changes, and the devcon remove command, but the issue remains unresolved.

Since the previous PC (5900X with Asrock X570 Steel Legend) worked without any problems, I suspect that the issue is not with the product itself but rather due to compatibility between the CPU (9950X) or the motherboard (Aorus X670E Pro X) and the software.

What motherboard and OS are you using?
If this problem is occurring for multiple people, it might be a good idea to start a new thread to discuss it.

sk7z I had a fresh win11 install MB X670E AORUS PRO X, and 7800x3d, memory T-Force 6000 cl30. I have ben digging around and I think is more a IMC memory controller issue with the CPU and memory EXPO profile and timings. I will keep you posted of any other finding.
