fps on 8.8 display

hi all
i cant figure out how to get fps working.
ive looked at the fps doc which is not in english and have tried to use google tanslate so i can understand it but unfortunatley google wont translate it :-(
is there someone willing to translate it for me....?
any help will be appreciated

Fps reading seems in accurate on certain games.
Overall I am pretty impressed with it.
