5" Screen doesn't work w/ USB 3.1?

Hi, I just got the 5" screen and cannot get it to work on my PC running USB 3.1 ports! The screen does work on my old PC with USB 2.0 ports. Both PC's are running Windows 10.

Does the screen/software not support USB 3.1?

SurfsUp Support 3.0, try replacing it with another interface

SSUPER I tried each of the six USB ports on the case and then each USB header on the mobo. Same results all around -- keeps saying "Connection Failed"!
