Connection failed

Just received this device and it worked the first time I connected it and then subsequently, further connections have failed...I have tried everything that I can think of including restarted the computer many times after reinstalling the software, different cables and USB ports (2 and 3), tried a laptop, updated .net and still nothing...
Has anyone been able to get the screen working when they have had a problem like this or returned it?

did you take the file out of the folder and add to deskptop? I did that and it would not open again. Was able to open one time just like you. I added the file back to the folder and it works again. Good luck!

The latest version of the 3.5 inch version of the software freezes regularly after an hour. W11. Older version without problems...Not connect +- one hours...

Unfortunately I can't update or downgrade the software as I am not getting a connection to the device...and for some reason it isn't showing up in device manager which I am sure it should be...as I have said before, I have tried other USB ports and my laptop and no show...

Try changing the USB driver to USB Serial (CDC) in Zadig -Option-List all devices-USB MONITOR.Com port 3 should show up in Device Manager...

Davidm I was able to get the device running once when loading up the Zadig option...now the monitor doesn't show up in the device manager but it did previously...this is frustrating...

Actually, I have found that the device is responding to the UsbPCMonitor.exe (version 3.1.4) application but I am unable to get the statistics populated on the device.

But then again, the application USBPCMonitorENG_2_2_5 works but of course I have the problem that everyone else does, I can't change the city of the weather nor change the date format...will this come with an update in the near future? cheers and thanks for your help.

Connecting via USB hub is a problem.
Connecting with a long 3m cable problem...
USB 3.1 gen 2 problem.

Another topic about a connection problem, avoided by the support. Maybe it's high time to find a solution? Get to work.
