Thanks for the answer! I know about AIDA, but with this method I am not satisfied with the time it takes to update the information on the screen and the load on the processor. The update time is about a second. If you know how to make the update a little faster, please advise. But the issue with the load on the processor will still remain open

Dapox11 try downloading the latest version only, if that doesn't help then restart the application turzx shows me meaningless values for cpu consumption and cooling. That's why I switched to aida64.
